We stand behind the products we sell. All items are covered by warranty subject to the terms and conditions below. Warranty coverage varies depending on product category.

7-Day Direct Replacement Policy

All products sold by MF Computer Solutions are covered by a 7-Day Direct Replacement Guarantee for factory defects under normal use.



If a product is found defective within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase:


• The item will undergo inspection and testing


• If confirmed to have a factory defect, it will qualify for direct replacement (subject to stock availability)


• If replacement stock is unavailable, the unit will be endorsed under standard warranty processing.




Conditions for Eligibility:


• Product must have no physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks, or tampering.


• Complete packaging, accessories, and original receipt must be presented.


• Defects must be reported within 7 calendar days.


• The issue must be confirmed by our technical team.

All standard products, including major components, peripherals, accessories, and consumables, are covered under their respective warranty periods for factory defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Monitor Warranty Policy

All monitors sold by MF Computer Solutions are covered by manufacturer warranty in accordance with the brand’s official pixel policy.


Dead Pixel Policy:


• Up to 5 dead or stuck pixels may be considered within acceptable quality limits by the manufacturer


• Pixel defects exceeding the manufacturer’s allowable limit will be subject to testing and evaluation


• Replacement or repair is subject to manufacturer approval




What is Not Covered:


• Physical damage (cracked panel, pressure marks, impact damage)


• Screen burns caused by external force


• Liquid damage


• Infestation


• Improper mounting or installation


• Cosmetic issues not affecting functionality




Testing Procedure:


• Monitor must be returned for diagnostic testing


• Testing will be performed using manufacturer-approved inspection methods


• Warranty claims will follow official brand guidelines





Power Protection Advisory (Monitors & Electronics)


MF Computer Solutions strongly recommends the use of an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) when operating monitors and other electronic devices.



Voltage fluctuations, power surges, and unstable electrical supply may cause:


• Panel damage


• Power board failure


• Backlight issues


• Premature component wear



For maximum protection, users are advised to:


• Avoid plugging monitors directly into wall outlets.


• Use a high-quality AVR or UPS rated appropriately for the device.


• Ensure proper grounding of electrical outlets.
